STEP 1 - Discuss Your Needs

Contact Victoria via EMAIL or phone to discuss your session requirements.

Make a list or a Pintrest Board of ideas for your session.

STEP 2 - Schedule Session

Book your chosen session at a mutually convenient time via the BOOK ONLINE page. You’ll receive an email confirming the session time.

STEP 3 - Complete Contract & Pay Deposit

Download the PHOTOGRAPHY CONTRACT, review the details, sign and return either via email or post.

Complete payment of the deposit (50% of the session fee). Payment details are found on the contract document.

STEP 4 - Birth Client Questionnaire

Birth Clients should complete the ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE prior to the Mini Maternity Session.

STEP 5 - Attend Sessions

In preparation for your sessions, please read the WHAT TO WEAR guide and FAQ section (for birth clients) in advance.

Attend the session/s and enjoy the experience!

STEP 6- Online Announcement Slideshow

Online birth announcement slideshows will be provided within 3 days of session (where included in session type).

STEP 7 - Download Your Preview Gallery

Within 2 weeks of each photographic session, you will receive your low resolution, watermarked digital collection online (in-person for Birth). After viewing your watermarked collections, you have the opportunity to request purchase of any additional items you may require, and a final account statement will be forwarded to you for payment.

STEP 8 - Receive Your Order

Within 4 weeks of viewing your watermarked collection or final payment of balance, you will receive your high resolution digital collection and any other chosen products.
